Under the terms of the agreement, Canlan Sports’ Key Sports Complex in Etobicoke, Ontario will be named “CWENCH Center – A Canlan Sports Community”
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 17, 2024) – Canlan Ice Sports Corp. (TSX: ICE) (“Canlan Sports“) and Cizzle Brands Inc. (“Cizzle Brands“) today announced entering into a five-year strategic agreement (“Agreement“) designed to raise the profile of grassroots hockey in Canada by integrating Cizzle’s CWENCH Hydration products at all Canlan Sports locations across North America.
Under the terms of the Agreement, (i) the Canlan site in Etobicoke, Ontario will be renamed CWENCH Center – Canlan Sports Community; (ii) CWENCH Hydration will become the exclusive sports hydration products available at the CWENCH Centre, and will be available at all other Canlan Sports centres; (iii) CWENCH will have a dedicated rink at the CWENCH Center which includes a bench for recognized players, rink boards, a locker room and ice resurfacer packages and; (iv) CWENCH shall be the title sponsor of all Ontario Canlan Classic Tournaments, to be known as The CWENCH Hydration CCT Tournament Series.
